The client is responsible for shipping the jewelry back to us via an insured and reliable shipping method in its original packaging. There is a ten-percent (10%) restocking charge for returns. Jewelry items being returned must be in unused, unworn condition in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject requests for refunds or exchanges where wear and tear on the jewelry item is apparent. Determination of wear and tear is at the sole discretion of Azra Mehdi Jewelry staff.

All custom and special orders are final sales and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit. All jewelry returns or exchanges should be securely packaged, insured and made using either Fedex or UPS addressed to 9171 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 500, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
